ABOUT MEGEN

Ms. Hlavacek began her artistic career in New York City at The New York City Ballet. Her Mother, an ASID designer founded Interior Spaces in 1978. When she stepped down, Megen realized her dream and turned her creative talent and passion towards interior design. Never satisfied with the ordinary, she looks for the extraordinary in every aspect of a project. Constantly expanding her repertoire of products and materials, she encourages the artisans with whom she collaborates to reach beyond the expected and move outside their aesthetic comfort zone. She credits the creative teams she assembles with a project's success and believes good design brings function to a space, but it's designers and artists that truly bring a functioning space to life.
